STUSIO
WORKSHOP

THE PURPOSE

Your image!
More than a simple portrait of yourself handed in at an audtion or left on your agent's table.
Your image speaks of you and defines what you are, non only in front of the camera or on set, but who you are on the street, in the printed media and now more and more on the Internet. To control your image is to master who you are for the public at large; through this image of you, will be set the memory people have of your truest personality.

It is thus of prime importance that you build self awareness of the "look" of your personality, the subtleties of your face and gestures.
Everything in you speaks out, but everyday image is not what we are looking for. The image we are seeking and that you must master, is the one hiding in you that is often hidden for fear of being misplaced. This is where you learn when and why to use it.

Theatre and cinema courses teach you how to deliver a creation from what is inside you; the more the authenticity, the more the credibility. But what is truth, how do you set your markers between too much and too little? The image you want to let out needs to be the true "you" without the focus of a role or a staged class.

Working with me, your portrait guide, you will build unobstructed images of yourself, images almost impossible to obtain by any other means. Free of outside pressures, you will create images that are what you want to be, that explore parts of you, acting won't let you find. The result will be pure images of your personality untainted by borrowed characters.

The purpose of this workshop is thus to reveal to yourself an image that is external or different to the creative acting process that is usually yours.

THE WORKSHOP

The workshop is intended for the studio, because we want to create a very quiet and isolated universe closer to the meditative environment we are trying to reach during the photo session.
